My 12-week program has two parts: a course and coaching calls.
Each week, you'll complete a section of the course (usually about an hour of reading, writing, and watching videos) and then we'll have our hour-long coaching call.
Weeks 1-3: We’ll get to know each other and our histories/childhoods, set some intentions, and learn the core pillars of Transformational Parenting.
Weeks 4-7: We’ll make sense of the science of attachment, the nervous system, the brain, and emotional intelligence and how it all applies to parenting.
Weeks 8-10: We’ll learn about non-violent communication, empowered conversations, conflict resolution, setting boundaries, anger and healthy aggression.
Weeks 11-12: We’ll dive into the power of play and storytelling and celebrate your personal parenting transformation.
We meet weekly for an hour on Zoom.
I provide a safe, non-judgmental space for you to process your learning from the course, apply it to your own life, and navigate any parenting challenges you are currently facing.
My goal for you is to become an empowered parent, confident in your leadership to provide connect, trust, and respect for your family.
Working individually with a coach is an investment. One that could transform your family!
For the 12-week coaching package, you can either choose two payments of $600 or one payment of $1000.
